Charlie Hobson, founder of The Wordsmithy

Before founding The Wordsmithy in 2003, director Charlie Hobson spent more than a decade working as a client-side marketer. That background influences our practical, results-focused approach – understanding the outcomes you want and making words work hard to achieve them.

Charlie says:

“The Wordsmithy is mostly a one-woman business: I am a hands-on writer and I work with all my clients in person. For bigger projects I call on trusted freelance associates who can support me with an extra pair of writing hands, or design, print or digital services. I’m happy to co-ordinate a virtual team or work directly with you and your people.”
